Maryland Fashion Week has a very unique style different from any fashion week in the world by setting the stage for not only the petite models but for our kids and full figure models alike.

We are different and innovative and bring family to the runway along with the high fashion Couture designs from some of the most amazing and creative designers and merchants in the surrounding areas and aboard. Many designers come to be apart of Maryland Fashion Week from areas such as Miami, Paris, New York City, Delaware, Virginia, Maryland, Washington, DC to name a few. The production is outstanding and reviews are great. Maryland Fashion Week is performed by local and out of town models and entertainers hoping to be seen by other companies for potential projects with their companies and agencies. These talented individuals work very hard to bring their best to the public. Model and Talent (MAT) Associates, LLC utilizes this event in an effort to rise funds for the Performing Arts Scholarship Awards given out each year to senior high school students to help them further their education to higher learning institutions. MAT has been instrumental in helping the community through Maryland Fashion Week events and hopes to encourage other companies to continue to support this case by donating funds towards the Performing Arts Scholarship. Maryland Fashion Week helps the State of Maryland to gain the visibility and recognition in the Fashion Industry. It is recognized by the State Governor &rsquo s Office each year by presenting a proclamation for the month of August each year addressed to Model and Talent Associates, LLC for Maryland Fashion Week. Our economic growth in the fashion industry has increased with the number of fashion outlets and designers. The outlook for positive business growth is becoming more apparent as Industry recognition is brought forth through events like this. Department Stores are seeing more options in the market now with so many more products to choose from than before. Maryland has gained a lot of attention in the fashion industry and MAT Associates has contributed to that visibility by producing Maryland Fashion Week Events and allowing out of town guest to come into the State of Maryland to spend money on fashion products and services as seen in NYC, LA, or Miami. Maryland Fashion Week will continue to grow and we invite the community to invest in this event for the State; we have something different and unique and no other State has a show like Maryland Fashion Week.

Several individuals have inquired about IMEG two taglines. The first being Think IMEG! Get Recognized! and the other is Facing the Digital Revolution.

The fact is that in the early stages of IMEG, one of our core competencies was to create creative methods to provide ways for businesses and individuals to gain exposure through a combination of video, events, online media, and press kits. Needless to say, that was the driver behind Think IMEG! Get Recognized!. Although, it is still a critical part of the company, over time the digital media industry has evolved expediently. During the maturity of technology, IMEG gained experience and expert knowledge in multi-media, video, online marketing, and social networking. What we found was that the evolution in technology and the many media types presented an issue for businesses and individuals who needed to stay competitive in the marketplace. IMEG decided to Face the Digital Revolution and provide consultation to businesses who want to better understand digital media and learn how take advantage of the many choices to increase their bottom line profit while decreasing marketing costs. One of the biggest mistakes that businesses make is to focus all their marketing effort and budget on getting new customers. While getting new customer is a key success factor, IMEG follows research that shows it costs up to 6 times more to get a new customer than to retain or sell to existing ones. We decided to keep both taglines because we believe that they go hand-in-hand. Our committee is to stay knowledgeable by facing the rapid growth head on, with the objective to educate businesses in digital media to keep them recognized by their customers.
