New Exhibit Space, Theater, and Restaurant

IMEG provided structural engineering and design services for the Nancy and Rich Kinder Building at the Museum of Fine Arts in Houston. The new 237,000-sf, three-story building features 102,366-sf of exhibition space for modern and contemporary art, a 215-seat theater, restaurant and café, underground parking, and pedestrian tunnels connecting it to the museum’s existing gallery

New National Mounted Warrior Museum

The 50,700-square-foot, new National Mounted Warrior Museum will preserve and honor the history of those who have served at Fort Hood and provide an interactive educational experience for visitors. The museum will house large exhibits, galleries, classrooms, a store, playground, and simulations for visitors to experience operating military equipment, such as tanks and helicopters. IMEG

Museum Relocation

IMEG provided mechanical, electrical, and lighting design services for the relocation of the Kirkland Museum from its downtown location to the Golden Triangle District (museum district) in Denver, CO. The new 38,000-sf building provides four times the space that the current museum holds allowing for additional space to provide benefits to its visitors. The design
