New Senior/Memory Care Center

IMEG provided mechanical, electrical, technology, and structural engineering design services, along with construction administration, for the new 175,000-sf senior living/memory care center at Clarendale of Schererville. The new residential living facility includes 177 units; 85 independent living units, 38 assisted living units, and 54 memory care units. The project also includes 29 enclosed parking stalls.

New Basketball Practice Facility
