Phase 1 Endeavor Campus Building

IMEG Corp. provided engineering design and services for phase I of the new headquarters campus for Nvidia, the world’s largest stand-alone manufacturer of 3D graphics chips. The $300 million, all-glass façade building includes 525,000-sf of office space for more than 2,200 employees and a two-level, below-grade parking garage for 1,500 cars. New Office Building Structure

IMEG’s San Francisco structural team provided engineering design and services for the Sobrato Office Tower at 488 Almaden Boulevard in San Jose, CA. The tower is an 18-story, 100% structural steel-frame office building with a precast concrete, glass and stone exterior skin. The building area includes 390,000 square feet of office space and parking for 1,100 cars.

New EA Corporate Campus

IMEG’s San Francisco structural team (formerly Nishkian Menninger) provided engineering design and services for Phase I of the Electronic Arts Corporate Campus, a four-building complex consisting of an eight-story office building, six-story office building, two-story commons building, and four-story parking structure with 874 parking spaces. Phase II includes three buildings with a four-story office building, four-story parking structure, and a free-standing, one-story auditorium building.
