New Bioengineering Building

IMEG provided structural design for this 110,000-sf, five-level facility. The building was designed with a mixed concrete shear wall/floor joist system, with upon level concrete shear wall with steel roof framing. The two buildings were separated by a seismic joint. The building includes 28 unique custom laboratories, a vivarium, a high-tech library, and lecture halls. 

New Build-out

IMEG provided engineering design and services for the interior finish-out of approximately 56,000-sf in an unoccupied, single-story building formerly used as a Kroger grocery store. The build-out included partitioned offices, conference and training rooms, a multi-purpose room, restrooms, a bus operator area, a residential grade kitchen, and a 10,000-sf expanded mezzanine to support administrative functions

New LEED Gold Federal Courthouse
