Patrice Accola is a senior principal and Director of Organizational Effectiveness & Learning for IMEG having been with the firm for 15 years. She oversees education strategies, curriculum development, and IMEG’s StrengthsFinder and Kolbe Assessment programs. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a freelance instructor, curriculum developer, and talent strategist in the Quad-Cities.

Patrice flagship client was John Deere, where she was previously employed. She is certified in Hogan Assessments, StrengthsFinder, DiSC, and is a Kolbe specialist. Patrice’s background includes trade association work, property/casualty insurance, and staff development in a variety of business settings. Patrice received an associate’s degree from the University of Wisconsin, a bachelor’s degree from Augustana College in Rock Island, IL, and an MBA from St. Ambrose University in Davenport, IA. She also serves as a Board Member and past president of Habitat for Humanity of the Quad Cities.
