New Mixed-Use Complex

IMEG’s San Francisco structural team provided engineering design and services for Olson Cherry Orchard, a mixed-use complex that includes mostly retail with some office spaces. Located in Sunnyvale, CA, the center also features the Olson Cherry Stand, a cherished historic landmark that has served residents for over a century. The overall structure is predominately one-story in height but there is an area over tenant “A” space that is two stories in height.
