New 3-Story Office Building

This three-story, 210,000-sf Class A office building features private offices, a full-service kitchen, and a cafeteria. Situated on a former brownfield site within the 75-acre Liberty Center at Rio Salado development, this LEED Gold CS certified building draws design inspiration from the site’s history. Once the riverbed of the Rio Salado, the property features rusted steel gabion baskets filled with river rock that was salvaged from the site.
