New 9-Story Mixed-Use Building

IMEG’s San Francisco structural team provided engineering design and services for this eight-story mixed-use building with 110 dwelling units, 89 off-street parking spaces, and ground floor commercial space located on Mission Street between 21st and 22nd Streets. The total area of this project is 158,000-sf. The site is adjacent to San Francisco’s landmark New Mission Theater, which has been closed since 2003. Under the new plan, both 2558 and 2778 Mission Street projects will convert this long-vacant space into thoughtfully designed mixed-use buildings in the heart of the vibrant Mission neighborhood.
