New Advanced Orthopedic Facility

IMEG is providing medical equipment planning services for the new center which will offer diagnostic, surgery/treatment, and rehabilitation services. The facility is set up to streamline and offer efficient and convenient orthopedic-spine-pain theme procedures and therapies for patients in one location.

The center will include eight inpatient and outpatient OR’s (with four additional planned), two pain-specific surgery OR’s (two additional planned), sterile processing, advanced physical therapy center and sports medicine, hand/shoulder therapy center, general physical therapy, imaging center (MRI, CT, rad/fluoro, gen rad suites w/orthopedic spine/stitching packages), inpatient, pre-post-PACU, MOB patient exam facility with exam and procedure suites, lab, pharmacy, and support services.

IMEG is working closely with Hplex (Project Executive) and HGA (Architect) throughout the design and procurement process. The MEQ team is providing medical equipment related services, Revit drawings, and procurement management of medical equipment. Due to COVID and other factors, contact with end users was limited, therefore more virtual team meetings between IMEG and HGA occurred to minimize end-user interactions and maximize the meeting efficiency.
