New Community College Master Plan

IMEG is providing professional services for infrastructure master plan development to support new construction and renovation projects at Rio Hondo Community College. The project consists of evaluating current and future electrical, heating, and cooling loads; evaluating different types of chilled water plants, thermal energy storage, and methods of distribution; as well as planning roads, walkways, and ramps to conform to ADA requirements. This includes detailed energy audits of all buildings and exploration of multiple options to upgrade energy plants.
