New Cultural Development

The Smith Center for the Performing Arts serves as a key anchor for Symphony Park, a 61-acre cultural development located in Downtown Las Vegas.  Home to the Las Vegas Philharmonic and world-renowned traveling performances, the LEED Gold-certified Smith Center consist of two buildings housing a large concert hall and two smaller theaters. Advanced audio design and technology delivers optimum sound quality for a wide range of performance types. The Neo Art Deco building features a 17-story carillon tower containing 47 bells, a grand lobby, the Founder’s Room and Mezzanine lounges, as well as the Elaine Wynn Studio for Arts Education.
