New Full-service Hotel Complex

IMEG’s San Francisco structural team (formerly Nishkian Menninger) provided engineering design and services for the 670,000-sf Rosewood Sand Hill, a full-service hotel complex featuring a ballroom, guest rooms, bungalows, and extended-stay villas. The main hotel and many of the guest room buildings and villas are two stories, consisting of both single and multi-guest rooms. The complex also includes a poolside grill and support buildings. The main hotel building was constructed using poured-in-place concrete and structural steel while the remainder of the buildings utilized wood frame construction.
