New International Language Academy

Lakes International Language Academy (LILA) had grown significantly since first opening its doors in 2004. With that growth came the need for new space. The first phase of this new school campus included an expandable one-story facility for fourth through sixth grade students, new parking lot, bus loop, and athletic fields.

IMEG worked closely with the design team, contractor, and the staff at Lakes International to create a new campus that accommodates current needs and will easily allow for future expansion and growth.

The services IMEG provided during design were land surveying, structural design, civil design, stormwater calculations, watershed district permitting, and city approvals. IMEG staff’s ability to communicate and coordinate with numerous stakeholders was key to the project’s success.
