New Open-Air Retail Shopping Mall

The Shops at La Canter is a new open-air shopping center including 1,001,500-sf of retail space and 45,100-sf of food service space (of which 19,800–sf is to be a covered food court). The design included electrical, water, sewer, and gas utility requirements for twelve independent structures, as well as provisions for future tenant connection and extension of these utilities into each lease space.
