New Parking Garage

Siebel Systems Parking Garage in Watergate Tower IV is a four-level, 290,000 square feet garage with parking for 906 cars upon which half of the 17-story steel and concrete-framed high-rise office building is integrated. With the tall building resting on the parking garage its structural system consists of one-way cast-in-place post-tensioned concrete slab supported on precast, pre-stressed concrete beams supported on concrete columns. The lateral load-resisting system utilizes cast-in-place concrete shear walls. The foundation system is precast concrete driven piles. This tower is part of the four buildings in the Watergate Office Complex located on a prominent waterfront site in Emeryville, CA alongside Interstate 80.
