New Senior Living Campus

Presbyterian Homes is known for providing quality housing, activities, and services for senior citizens in the Metro area and beyond. When they needed to replace existing campus housing at their site in Arden Hills, Senior Partners needed a team that would provide the same level of quality and care while designing the new facility.

IMEG’s engineers worked closely with the design team and the staff at Presbyterian Homes to create a multi-phase, comprehensive plan for the new campus that not only provided a new facility but also allowed current residents to remain in their homes, on-site, during construction.

Among the services IMEG provided during design were civil design, stormwater calculations and permitting, city approvals, tree preservation plan, and as-built drawings. IMEG staff’s ability to communicate and coordinate with numerous stakeholders was key to the project’s success.
