New Senior Living Facility

The village at White River is a 87,000 square foot 5-story senior living facility with 30 memory care units and 50 assisted living units. The building has an enclosed parking garage, commercial kitchen, dinning room, exercise room, lounge, meeting room, Conservatory and roof top terrace.

IMEG designed the MEP systems for the building. The mechanical system was a water source heat pump system with a cooling tower and gas fire boilers in the central plant. Each zone was served by an individual water source heat pump. Domestic hot water for the building was provide by domestic hot water heat exchanger with heating water from the boiler system. Electrical design included power and lighting design and a generator for the building.
