New Senior/Memory Care Center

IMEG provided structural, mechanical, electrical, and technology engineering design as well as construction administration services for the new 170,000-sf senior living/memory care center at Clarendale of Algonquin.  The new residential living facility will house 186 units: 76 independent living units, 56 assisted living units, and 54 memory care units. The project also includes 22 enclosed parking stalls. The residential community will include dining areas, a bistro, pub, and billiards room, as well as outdoor patios and courtyards. 

The IMEG design team provided a conceptual design package that included device count/locations, general finish level MEP specifications such as fixture types, and sizing of major MEP equipment.
