Casino Resort & Theatre Renovation

IMEG provided engineering services for the transformation of the Monte Carlo Resort and Casino, into Park MGM.

The initial renovations included the Porte Cochere and lobby, Sydell Restaurant and Bar, along with pool areas and bars. Additionally, the second level business lab & meeting spaces, specialty steak restaurant, main casino floor, market shell, level three pool deck, back of house, fitness center, and executive offices were also renovated and expanded.

The former Monte Carlo Concert Hall was rebranded as the Park Theater and is now the Dolby Live. The theater is a 5,200-seat venue located on the Park MGM property. IMEG provided engineering services to the renovation of the theater. A key design feature included mechanical system hydronic piping which was extended to the theater from an underground piping tap that is served by City Center’s Control Plant.
