
Connecticut Children’s breaks ground on $326M clinical tower
Connecticut Children’s Hospital has broken ground on an eight-story hospital tower in Hartford, CT.
The $326 million, 190,000-sf tower will include 50 private neonatal intensive care rooms, a fetal care center with labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum rooms, operating rooms, an advanced gene therapy unit, and spaces for family respite, meetings and conferences, and a pharmacy and gift shop.
IMEG is providing information technology planning services for the project, which is expected to open in late 2025.
