IMEG-designed redevelopment taking shape
IMEG is providing structural design and services for the redevelopment of a former bank and parking lot at 932 W Randolph in Chicago’s West Loop, which is now under construction. The design includes the renovation of the existing three-story building and a new three-story addition, for a total of 35,000 square feet. The building will house boutique office space on the top two floors, street-level retail, and a new showroom for electric cars.
IMEG is partnering with OKW Architects and Walsh for the project, which is expected to be completed in late 2021.
