Onni Group to break ground on Halsted Pointe development in 2023
The Onni Group’s Halsted Pointe is expected to break ground in Chicago this year.
It will replace the Greyhound Bus facility on the southern tip of Goose Island, which will be demolished in May.
IMEG is providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering services for Phase 1, a 46-story mixed-use tower with 460 residential units, 20,000-sf of retail, amenity space, and 200 parking spaces.
When complete, the four-phase development is expected to include 2,650 residential units, a hotel, retail space and 1,470 parking spaces.
