Taylor, Michigan, to build first new high school in 60 years

Taylor, Michigan, will get a new high school as part of a $130 million bond issue passed in 2021.

Schematic design has begun for the $66 million, 220,000-sf high school. It will replace an existing high school built 60 years ago that has not had substantial upgrades since it opened. The current school will be demolished.

IMEG will provide structural engineering design services as a subconsultant to TMP Architecture.
