Three IMEG-designed projects win 2020 Landmark Awards

IMEG (formerly Cardno Haynes Whaley) provided structural engineering design and services for three projects that won Houston Business Journal’s 2020 Landmark Awards. 

The winners are: 

  • The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center – The Woodlandswinner of the medical category. This $77 million, 204,234-sf facility houses medical oncology, radiation oncology, and surgical oncology services as well as supportive programs. 
  • Guard and Grace, winner of the restaurant category. The 15,059-sf steakhouse features private dining spaces and a temperature-controlled wine cellar. 
  • Kirkland & Ellis, a 75,000-sf law office and winner of the workplace interior category. 

Two other IMEG (formerly Cardno Haynes Whaley) projects were named as 2020 Landmark Award finalists – the InterContinental Hotel Houston Medical Center (in the hospitality category) and the CityPlace at Springwood Village (in the mixed-use category).
