Jim Kappeler, PE, LEED AP, is a senior principal and Senior Client Executive in the St. Louis office where he leads a team focused on the education, government, and corporate markets.

Jim has been with IMEG since he graduated from Iowa State University in 2000 with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Jim is skilled at developing facility assessments, master plans, system concepts, alternate system designs, sustainable design options, cost estimates, life cycle costs, and phasing plans while overseeing interdisciplinary coordination and quality control for some of the firm’s most complex renovation, expansion, and infrastructure upgrade projects.
