A look back at IMEG’s news of 2018

Here’s a review of some of the biggest developments in IMEG’s Texas regions in the past year:

  • BLW Security Group in Balstrop joined IMEG. Read more.
  • The new George W. Hawkes Downtown Library in Arlington opened this summer New Arlington Library. The adjacent Council Chamber opened earlier this spring. Read more.
  • Alamo Community College District’s Palo Alto College STEM Center opened in San Antonio. IMEG provided MEP design for the project. Read more.
  • IMEG will provide MEP design for Phases 2 and 3 of the $1.5 million Brackenridge Campus Turnover Design and Support Project in Austin, which will create office facilities for the University of Texas’ Dell Medical School and other medical research and innovation partners. Read more.
  • MEP design will be provided for a new, $28M, 175,000-sf office building at Four Points Centre in Austin
  • IMEG will provide MEP, fire protection and technology design, along with energy modeling, for 6060 North Central Station, Dallas, a mixed-use building that is to include a 26-story high-rise apartment tower, 217-car parking structure and retail space.
  • IMEG will provide MEP design and commissioning on a core and shell project for a new, $75 million, 250,000-sf technology group headquarters for a confidential client in Austin.
