Comparably cites IMEG for having ‘Happiest Employees,’ ‘Best Compensation,’ and ‘Best Perks & Benefits’

IMEG Corp. has been recognized by workplace culture site Comparably for having Best Company Compensation, Best Company Perks & Benefits, and Happiest Employees.

The awards are based on employee feedback from over 70,000 companies across the country over the past 12 months. Each company’s score is compared with firms of similar size; IMEG, with 2,000 employees at over 70 locations, was ranked among the top 100 large companies (over 500 employees).

Comparably lists a combination of a positive environment, fair pay, great benefits, excitement about work and co-workers, clear company goals, investment in employees, and pride in the company as the major factors that contribute to happiness at work.

“We are an employee-owned firm, and the happiness of our team members is vitally important and something we are very vigilant about,” said IMEG President and CEO Paul VanDuyne. “Our compensation structure, perks, and benefits are big components of that, but just as important is our inclusive and engaging company culture. We have always believed that IMEG is a great place to work and build a career—these awards provide validation that our employees feel appreciated while doing so. We are extremely happy to have received such favorable feedback.”

The three awards come on the heels of IMEG receiving Comparably’s Best Leadership Award in July. That award was based on how employees across the country rated their CEO, executives, and direct managers and the jobs they have done over the past 12 months.

Comparably is a leading workplace culture and corporate brand reputation platform with over 15 million anonymous employee ratings. Comparably Awards is an annual series highlighting the best companies and CEOs in 16 different workplace culture categories throughout the year.
