Paul VanDuyne receives ENR Midwest 2023 Legacy Award

IMEG President and CEO Paul VanDuyne has been named the recipient of ENR Midwest’s 2023 Legacy Award.

The award recognizes industry veterans with many years of contributions to their profession and community. ENR editors consider each nominee’s history of innovation, career highlights, and their engagement with the industry and their community.

Paul joined IMEG—then a small, Midwest firm known as KJWW—as its 16th employee, in 1976. He rose to become president in 2003 and today oversees IMEG Corp., a national, employee-owned firm of more than 2,100 team members at 75 locations across the U.S. The firm’s expansion is the result of both organic growth and a continuing number of strategic mergers and acquisitions.

In addition to his contributions to the firm and the engineering industry, Paul has been very involved in the Illinois-Iowa community of the Quad-Cities, where IMEG is headquartered. He has served on the boards of several local nonprofit organizations, and currently is vice president of the board of trustees for Palmer College of Chiropractic, as well as co-chair, along with his wife, Donna, of the college’s current fundraising campaign.
