New Corporate Headquarters – Buildings I, II, III

IMEG’s San Francisco structural team (formerly Nishkian Menninger) provided structural services for the Phase I of this project consisting of an 18-story and a 16-story Class A office building with two basements, three above-grade parking levels, a grade level entry, fountain, landscaping, and walkways.  Phase II, Building 3 is a 17-story Class A office building with parking for a total area of 484,000 square feet. There is also an addition to the exterior area of Level 6 of Phase II, plus a bridge to Phase 1 at Level 13. This 2,135,000-square-feet office campus is the headquarters of Adobe Corporation. The structural design solution utilized structural steel framing with a granite and precast exterior.
