New Facility for Consolidation of Records

IMEG provided civil and survey engineering design services for the design/build of a new government facility. The Central Records Complex improves the FBI’s worldwide records management by consolidating the records from 265 locations into the new facility. The scope included the design of the main building, surrounding road improvements, parking, utilities and BMP/SWM facilities. The site also includes a surface parking lot. Project efforts included full design development from preliminary concepts through final construction documents, including surveying as-builts, arborist services, and construction administration.
