New High-Rise Residential Tower

IMEG provided structural engineering design services for the new One Cathedral Square residential development. The new high-rise tower is located across from the Cathedral Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul on Logan Square at the heart of Philadelphia’s cultural, civic and business center.

The 252,000-sf, 23-story, cast-in-place concrete, glass-clad building includes 273 condominiums atop first-floor retail space, a fitness area, a club and outdoor deck, and one level of below-grade parking.
