Facility Expansion Site Plan

IMEG was contracted on behalf of MMW Architects to provide the civil engineering and surveying services for the development of a new commercial facility housing the headquarters for Ravalli Elec-tric Co-op at the corner of Highway 93 and Bell Crossing in Victor, Montana. The project consisted of site development for an office building, vehicle storage and mechanical building and a wash bay.

Additionally, the project layout included water well design and analysis through Montana DEQ for the facility water system. IMEG staff coordinated the well application and drilling for the water system, and sewer design.

Due to the need for large vehicles to access the site frequently, the site layout included parking lot planning and design to accommodate the flow of vehicles onto and out of the property.

IMEG provided construction administration and oversight, and continues to provide O&M services for the public water supply
(PWS) well, sampling the drinking water per the effective PWS monitoring schedule and maintaining chlorine residual levels in the water supply.
