IMEG’s Ethics and Compliance program supports achievement of our mission and vision by maintaining an awareness of possible risks to the organization as well as recognizing and adhering to established ethical and compliance focused best practices such as our Anti-Harassment Policy.
Code of Conduct:
The Code of Conduct or “the Code” provides a guide for us as we seek to apply ethics and integrity to our day-to-day decision making. The Code expands our Core Values into an ethical platform for our decision making, provides examples to demonstrate how we promote respect in the workplace, outlines requirements to disclose conflicts of interest and provides systems to report suspected acts of wrong-doing or potential compliance violations.
