LEED Platinum College of Public Health

IMEG provided MEP and technology engineering for a new 130,000-SF classroom and office building for the College of Public Health. LEED Certification Hospital with Class 8 Cleanroom

Mercy Hospital’s new $93 million, 310,000-sf West Lakes facility was the first Greenfield Hospital in Iowa to achieve LEED Certification. A feasibility study, using energy modeling, compared alternate systems to meet LEED requirements. The building infrastructure system is estimated to save 25% over ASHRAE 90.1 guidelines. University Arena Renovation

IMEG provided engineering design services for the University of Cincinnati’s renovation of the Fifth Third Arena. Energy reductions and newer technologies included in the Department of Athletics project upgraded the nearly 30-year old venue to LEED Silver. New Showroom and Service Center

IMEG provided mechanical, electrical, and technology design, as well as architectural lighting services for a new auto dealership and service center for Fox Ford Motors in Chicago. The project included a showroom building, office and support areas, a jewel box vehicle display floor, and a service facility with infrastructure designed for future expansion into an
