Brian Billman, PE, LEED AP, CCP, is a Senior Commissioning Engineer with more than 20 years of experience specializing in the design and commissioning of diverse MEP and fire/life safety systems for high-profile and highly secure project sites. Brian offers a wide range of project experience through all phases of construction from design to startup, and through to the warranty phase.  His technical expertise is complimented by his strong project management style and an intuitive sense of troubleshooting.
