D. Kirk Harman, PE, SE, SECB, FACI is an executive principal and Client Executive with IMEG, overseeing structural operations in the Las Vegas region. He works closely with architects and owners to design structures that provide solutions, realize visions, and create better communities.

Kirk was the co-founder of The Harman Group in 1984, which was acquired by IMEG in 2022 adding to IMEG’s structural capabilities. He is particularly focused on large scale mixed-use structures and has worked on such notable tall buildings as Ocean Resort Casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey; the Gaylord National Harbor Resort and Convention Center in National Harbor, Maryland; and Arrive University City Residential/Mixed-Use tower in Philadelphia.

His passion for his work is exemplified by his commitment to the industry, including membership and participation in several important organizations – leading to be awarded the American Institute of Steel Construction Lifetime Achievement Award in 2022.

Kirk earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Lafayette College and his M.S. in Structural Engineering from Drexel University. He holds licenses in over 30 jurisdictions, and is certified by the Structural Engineers Certification Board.
