Joel DeHaven, PE, is Project Executive of IMEG’s Phoenix office and a principal of the firm. He has more than 25 years of industry experience.

Joel has in-depth design experience with power distribution, lighting and controls, fire alarm systems design, emergency and standby power systems, and underground medium voltage power distribution. Joel also has extensive experience working as an owner’s agent, providing engineering representation to local plan review and inspection authorities and to other in-house departments within the owner’s organization. 

Joel received a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering in 1991 and is a licensed professional engineer in Arizona, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Nevada, New Mexica, Oklahoma, and Texas. He is also a member of the Illuminating Engineering Society.
