Kevin Pope

Kevin is experienced in designing mechanical systems, commissioning, energy modeling, and project management from schematics through construction. He is also familiar with various types of project delivery methods including: Design-Bid-Build, Integrated Project Delivery, Design-Build, and Construction Management At Risk. Kevin’s wide range of experience allows him to bring innovative design solutions that significantly reduce energy and maximize system flexibility.

As principal and client executive, Kevin communicates with clients to ensure a clear understanding of their unique needs, he helps define systems and MEP approaches through an interactive decision-making process, and acts as a consultant both internally and externally. He maintains a strong team concept from project inception through completion.
