Richard Zapolski

Rich has planning and civil engineering design experience in several sectors including municipal roadway and capital improvement projects, institutional and educational facilities, transportation infrastructure, residential roadway and drainage design, commercial, residential, and industrial land development projects. He also provides support engineering in the design, construction administration, and project close-out for MEPS ventures, and has provided municipal training in international and state building codes, FEMA, town and county emergency operations, and land use training for municipal planning and zoning officials. He has worked throughout the northeast, primarily in Suffolk and Nassau counties in Long Island, NY.
