4 designers from IMEG to speak at 2023 NCSEA Structural Engineering Summit
Four IMEG designers will speak during presentations at the 2023 NCSEA Structural Engineering Summit Nov. 7-10 in Anaheim, CA.
Heather Heidenreich, Michael Kilkelly, and Michael Edwards will present “But That’s How We’ve Always Done It! Embracing Change & Managing Resistance” at 8:30 a.m. Friday, Nov. 10. The interactive session will examine change management strategies, evaluation tools, and how IMEG successfully navigates change due to growth and technology.
IMEG’s Parth Gudhka will join the panel discussion, “Structural Engineering Reconnaissance of the 2023 Turkey Earthquake,” at 9:45 a.m. Nov. 10. The presenters—all of whom traveled to southern Turkey as part of the Earthquake Engineering Research Institute’s Learning from Earthquakes program—will summarize their findings with case studies on the seismic performance of building systems and individual components.
