Lean, design-assist delivery key to success of major St. Louis hospital project

The highly successful design-assist project delivery of the new SSM Health St. Louis University Hospital is featured in a recently published article in St. Louis Construction News & Review. 

IMEG provided MEP, fire protection, and technology design for the $550M campus renewal project, which includes a 600,000-sf replacement hospital and new 200,000-sf ambulatory care center. The project is the first completely new adult hospital built in St. Louis since 1933 and is due to open Sept. 1.
