413-Space Mixed-Use Municipal Garage

This 174,200-sf, five-level, mixed-use, open, precast parking garage consists of four supported levels of parking for 413 cars above 35,000-sf ground-floor office space. Located across the street from the recently constructed City Hall Annex building, the offices in the garage contain additional city departments and community spaces. Comprised of architectural precast concrete with thin brick and reveals, the exterior finishes complement the architectural design, materials, and finish of the City Annex building.

The functional design of the L-shaped garage includes a single helix ramping system that utilizes 90-degree parking stalls and two-way drive aisles. Parking levels are accessed via an express ramp, maximizing the amount of ground floor office space.
