597-Space Corporate Campus Parking Garage

This 180,581-sf, five-level, open, precast parking garage provides parking for the adjacent Eisenhower Corporate office building and conference center. This parking garage was constructed to provide parking for the increased density of office workers that presently occupy the building. The parking garage consists of a single helix functional design with two-way drive aisles and 90-degree parking. In addition to the CCTV cameras, the glass enclosed stair towers and glass backed elevator provide enhanced passive security. The garage utilizes LED lighting for energy efficiency.
