Airstream Expansion Project

A $50,000,000 Greenfield expansion project to create a new 757,750-sf travel trailer production facility at Airstream in Jackson Center, Ohio. Through the expansion project, Airstream consolidated multiple production spaces into a single facility. This promoted efficiency and productivity within the manufacturing process and, as a result, enabled Airstream to increase its productions and broaden its product offerings. A state-of-the-art training center in the new factory provides Airstream and dealer associates with a hands-on shop floor environment for earning certifications, learning new skills, and mastering new production. IMEG provided the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, Construction Administration services and Commissioning for the expansion. On-site field investigation of the current MEP systems of the existing facility was necessary to gain an understanding of process, systems, and equipment requirements.
