ArcGIS Enterprise Update

Douglas County School District is one of the largest school districts in Colorado and GIS is a mission-critical component of the District, used for everything from public outreach to stormwater management. IMEG provides GIS support to the entire organization.

When it came to updating the ArcGIS Enterprise, the District’s multiple servers and environments had to stay in sync with development, production and utilities, with student privacy rules and security a top priority. IMEG and school district IT staff put together the architecture, allowing the update to all the servers and the complete ArcGIS Enterprise environment.

Working with the District staff, IMEG updated the ArcGIS Enterprise deployment, custom applications, databases, and user roles. IMEG configured the versions and services to ensure the editing and consumption environments were not impacted by the update process. IMEG continues to provide GIS maintenance and training support to the District.
