Campus-Wide Security Master Plan

IMEG has been the sole provider of security consulting services to Nova Southeastern University (NSU) since 2000.

This project consisted of conducting a physical security assessment and developing a security master plan. The project also included a review of security staffing requirements and processes. The overall objectives for this engagement included assessing the existing security systems, recommending appropriate systems design criteria, developing manufacturer or performance standards for equipment, developing an implementation approach, and preparing an opinion of probable costs. We are currently in the process of conducting additional NSU campus security assessments and updating the security master plan. In addition to the assessments and master plan, we have provided design and construction administration services for multiple new construction projects on NSU campuses.
