Casino Parking Garage

This nine supported level, open, precast parking garage provides parking for the Rivers Casino located below on the ground floor. The functional design of the garage consists of large flat floor plates interconnected with cascading speed ramps. The floors have 90-degree parking stalls and two-way traffic aisles. There is a large, nested valet parking area for 669 spaces located inside the garage. Dedicated speed ramps for the valet operation allow for vehicles to be quickly ferried between the garage and the covered porte-cochere in the front of the casino. To maximize the parking capacity of the garage, 1,020 compact spaces (27%) have been provided.

The ground floor of the complex consists of casino areas and restaurants along with back of house spaces, loading docks and a bus terminal located beneath the garage footprint. The façade of the parking garage is comprised of architectural precast panels with horizontal cladding panels. The outside corners of the garage support large billboards that are illuminated during the nighttime.
