Facility Renovation & Addition

Goshen Health Systems had a goal to be the first to market with the latest and most refined types of cancer care available. Therefore, this project had an extremely challenging design and construction schedule. The project duration from initial design kick-off meetings to the first day of seeing patients was 10 months. IMEG, specifically requested by Goshen to be involved on this project, accomplished this accelerated timeline by working closely with the client staff and construction team and issuing multiple phase construction packages.

The design included a 40,000-sf renovation and a 24,000-sf addition. The renovation houses an outpatient facility including 26 various types of exam rooms, an x-ray suite, and an infusion suite housing 17 stations and 2 private rooms. The inpatient addition houses 7 patient beds, 2 procedure rooms, emergency stabilization room, PET/CT, High Dose Radiation (HDR) Room, Tomotherapy, Linear Accelerator, and a CT Scanner.
