Facility Tenant Improvements

IMEG provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering services for the renovation of a two-story, mixed use building composed of high-tech manufacturing, office space, employee deli/café, and fitness room. A comprehensive review of the existing systems was first completed leading to replacement of three roof-top HVAC units, one computer room HVAC unit and a new DDC system. The HVAC system included design for sensitive rooms with tight temperature and humidity requirements.

The production area of the building needed specialized mechanical, electrical and plumbing requirements for flexibility of operations. New heating and hot water systems, power, and lighting upgrades were also provided to the remodeled space, including resolution of existing ADA issues to the area’s restrooms.
